1. Agreement

By accessing or using Speak UP Level UP Your Career (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

2. Program Description

Speak UP is a career communication practice program. It is not an accredited educational institution and does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and external circumstances.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

4. Payments and Refunds

Career Accelerator PRO and the Career English Toolkit are paid offerings. All prices are listed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the PRO annual plan is a one-time payment that does not auto-renew. Because digital access is granted immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, videos, slides, guides, and software are owned by Speak UP Level UP Your Career or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning only. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. AI Coaching

AI-generated feedback is provided for practice and self-improvement. It does not replace human instruction, professional advice, or legal counsel. Use your own judgment when applying any feedback in real workplace situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speak UP Level UP Your Career and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes means you accept the revised terms.
